Breath Essentials covers all the basics of breathwork and how you can incorporate it in your daily life in just 5-10 minutes a day.
The program consists of video trainings per topic (9 modules total), with matching guided breathing exercises. The last module contains 15 guided breathing exercises divided in three categories: energising/activating, calming/relaxing and balancing/releasing.
